MOULD CARE for PVC MOULDS / RUBBER MOULDS

 You are now on your way to produce top quality concrete products with these extremely tough and durable high detailed Polyvinyl Chloride PVC Moulds - the best possible method of reproducing the highest standard of detail in concrete paving products.

This is a Very important stage. The number of stacks should be in the range of 6-8 and no more then that. This level will ensure the moulds don't bulge and paver size is accurate. The number of stack should be varied as per product and design overlooking the dimensions of the product.

  Always clean your mould with water and a soft brush whenever required. Remove all cement-based residues with use of soap water solution.To ease the process DO NOT ACID WASH the Moulds. This will lead to increased Residual sticking on the moulds and reduce the finish of the end product.

No Direct Sun light on Moulds

 Avoid mould exposure to the sun. Shade is always the better option for any rubber product.

With reduced Sun Shine/ Heat the higher will be the Mould Life 

Release lubricants/agents attack different types of PVC in different ways. Lubricants like motor oil, diesel, old cooking oil etc. are not recommended. If Required then we do supply a Special Emulsion Grade Release agent made specially for PVC Moulds.

  Never hit your mould with an object/hammer to de-mould your concrete products. If our prescribed release agent is used, your product will de-mould easily. Never use sharp objects to clean or scrape off concrete residue from your mould. Your mould is abrasive resistant, not cut resistant! 

  We Don't recommend use of any Hydraulic Automatic/ Semiautomatic machine for demoulding since this De-Shapes of the Moulds. If your Polyvinyl Chloride Moulds (or any other rubber mould) is used according to above guidelines it will ensure great detail on your concrete products, and years of satisfaction. 

PVC moulds are SOFT & Flexible

During Transport some some moulds may bend. Don't Worry Within 2-3 Casting they will regain to original shape to the closest.

Also Most important once you receive the Delivery of Moulds Open the Bundles & Stack the Moulds in Dry shaded area.
